Return to Support

Some customers have their Spam filtering and Junk Mail blocker settings too high, and/or they have Domain Name Service (DNS) and SMTP communication problems from their e-mail server.  When we reply by e-mail we are getting undeliverable messages from some Customers e-mail servers.  We want people to know that we are not ignoring you when you send messages.  You can check your e-mail address by going to http://www.dnsreport.com, putting your e-mail address in the box and clicking DNS Report button or if you are testing SMTP click the mail test button.

The following are undeliverable messages that we get after replying to some of our customers.
